"submitted 1/11/12 Just before the end of the holidays 2011/12, The Sales Staff, Parts Staff, Service Dept. well....... basically everyone that works in the building assisted me to the ultimate decision on a 2012 FLHXSE CVO Streetglide. (dark slate/black diamond) With the help of the incredible staff, it was made with my name already on it! Once it arrived, the couple of speciality parts ordered where already done and being applied right after I was sent a picture of it coming right off the truck. I went to close the deal and the bike was done and in front of the service departments office window ready to go. What a SIGHT. "Submitted 1/11/12 I recently purchased a 2012 Wide Glide from Heritage HD. I haven't owned a bike in 30 years, so I needed to get up to speed on many aspects of riding. The staff at Heritage proved to be patient, professional and knowledgeable and were never hesitant to spend time answering questions or educating me on various aspects of bike ownership and operation. This courteous treatment was shown by Al and Zeke in parts, Mike (service tech) in service, Kate in accessories, Josh in financing and particularly the guys in sales, Joe and Ragu. My salesman, Ragu, did everything right. It's obvioius that he is passionate about what he does and that he truly sought to get me into the right bike for me. "Submitted 12/21/11 While trailering my son's 1200 today from Naperville to Plano, the tie-down strap snapped and the bike ended up in the middle of 95th Street at Wolf's Crossing. After getting the mess out of the road, I put an emergency call to Heritage Harley-Davidson and talked to both Joe and Adam, explaining my problem. They immediately dispatched Bobbie with their trailer to help me. Within 35 minutes from the call, Bobbie arrived. Together we had the bike in his trailer, and he was gone within 5 minutes. It was horrible enough lossing the bike but the service and concern from the staff at Heritage was a life saver!!! Thank you guys soooo much!!!!!!! "

""Submitted 10/27/11" Once again, Heritage HD has proven why they are #1 in the Chicago area. I read on my Facebook page about a possible recall on my 2012 Street Glide regarding the brake switch. When I got home from the Firehouse today I called the service department and they confirmed there is a recall on my model. They also stated that they have the part in stock. I asked them if I could bring it in today and I could be there in 40 minutes. Come on down they said. 45 minutes later the bike was in the shop and the repair was being done. I had so much fun talking to Ragu about our old friends we have in common that, before I new it my bike was completed and ready to go. In and out in under one hour!. Buying my FIRST Harley Davidson from Heritage....COOL Ragu as a salesman and a friend.....Outstanding Fast and Friendly service department.....Awesome Being a valued member of the Heritage Harley Davidson Family.........PRICELESS! "Submitted 10/15/11 - I live in Az and stopped in to get an oil change. Jim, the GM asked if I was the guy that owned the bike from Az. We starting chatting and I mentioned I had had a new cam put in in Az and was getting really lousy gas mileage. After explaining I had taken it back to the dealership in Peoria, az 3 times and they said its tuned as well as it could be, he said, bring the tuner in and we will throw it on the dyno at NC. Also when the oil change was done Adam came out and told me that the rear brakes needed to be replaced, and that I had a broken fairing mount. I had the brake system flushed and checked at the Az dealership and they never mentioned the rear brakes were bad, or even needed watching. Also I had specifically mentioned the fairing was shaking and they said their was nothing wrong with it. Obviously I had Heritage take care of both of these problems, along with some replacement parts on my King Pak which were causing it to be very loose (again I had asked the Az dealership about this and was told it's "normal"). A few days later I had the tuner mailed to me and brought the bike in to get it checked on the dyno. The "dyno guy" (sorry don't remember his name) was extremely professional and instantly I had 100% faith in his abilities. He explained that the bike was horribly tuned ( worse he ever saw) and that he understood why I was getting such horrible mileage and no power. I should add I was pulling a pop up trailer and after he tuned it said ride it and if I had any "issues" bring it back and he will adjust it as needed. To say I am happy is a vast understatement. My mileage went from 25 to 33 to 40 to 45 PLUS I now have the power I expected when I replaced the cam. Not only did he increase my mileage but he also added about 15% to my HP and torque from what the Az dealer was able to get me. When I got back from my trip I had a meeting with the service mgr at the Arizona dealership and was told that it was tuned as well as could be and that no way would could I expect anything more than 33mpg on a Harley. I then brought out the dyno test results from Heritage and my book where I kept track of my gas and mileage (yea on a trip in a geek that way) . He didn't say much, just what was I looking for. Needless to say I got a refund of my money I spend having then do their dyno tune. He then added that he guessed Heritage must have a more experienced guy doing the dyno tunes. Nothing like stating the obvious. My only wish is Heritage was located in Arizona, they would have all my work and all my riding buddies work. They are a class outfit and what I would want in a Dealership. Everyone from the service adviser to Jim the GM to the sales people on the floor to the gals in clothing were nothing but the best. Sad you have to drive 2200 miles to find a GREAT Harley Dealership. "

"Submitted 10/6/11 - I have been going to Heritaqe HD for quite a few years and I must say the from Sales Dept. to Service, Parts and Retail the place is absolutely THE BEST! Recently had an incident with my Ultra with an electrical problem which involved my security cutoff and I could not bypass to start. It was early in the morning and as soon as they opened, I had the best & top shelf people HHD personnal taking care of me. Shortly thereafter they where en-route to take care of the bike. They trailered it back to the store from out of town, serviced it immediatley and had me out the door good as new within a few hours. Great dealership, greater people working within the place who care and will take care of you each and everytime. My hats off to all of them at HHD in Lisle. Michael"

"Submitted 9/18/11 - Stopped in this past Saturday to get the front/rear LED turn signals installed on my Ultra. Talked to Zeke to make sure they were in stock. He knew exactly what I wanted, checked and had them waiting when I came in - none of this stuff like other places that tell you they have them only to find out they don't after you make a wasted trip. Got there and after Adam jerked my chain and told me 40 bikes just came in before I got there and now service is about 4 hours out (gotta love Adam's humor) he pulled my bike right in and got it started. Fortunately, Al was working right along side of Adam on Saturday to keep a lid on things. Not long after I was on my way. The lights are great and I'm very happy with them and the install. The visibility it adds particularly to the rear with the run/brake/turn combination is a welcome addition. I would highly recommend the LED signals. All kidding aside, Parts & Service were great and I thoroughly enjoy the bantering back & forth particularly with Jim whenever we talk about how the Raiders are going to put a butt whippin' to his beloved UnPatriots. But most importantly, getting me in Saturday for those signals was greatly appreciated considering this was a Fast Lane job with no appointment and it was more than an hour job. I could've very easily been told that I would need an appointment and rightfully so. Heritage is second to none and time for the Motor Company to give them another Gold Bar & Shield Award."

"Submitted 9/11/11 I took the Rider's Edge class at this dealership, I also financed my bike from a private seller here. The class was fantastic!!! The instructors were very informative and made sure all of the students were comfortable on the bike, with no pressure in taking the DMV test immediately. Everything was according to each individual's comfort. If you chose not to take the test you were allowed to go back for more class time and take the test with them at a different time! Just to give an idea of how dedicated Heritage Harley is to the Rider's Edge, on test day 3 people took the test and passed then the sky opened up and it downpoured for about an hour. Heritage stayed there with the remaining students until it stopped raining. Then, Nancy, the coordinator went to the testing area and proceeded to use towels and newspapers to dry the testing area. Since the DMV will not test if the ground is wet. I have never seen a company of any sort go so above and beyond for a customer. They really showed us that they see anyone involved with Harley, customer, HOG member, employee, etc...as family. After that experience and getting my M class on my license (which I know wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Rider's Edge) I bought a bike through a private seller and Heritage financed the bike with NO issues. I've never bought a car with no issues. I will be coming back again and again to this dealership and I tell everyone I know the same!!!"

"Submitted 9/9/10 - I just got back from Afghanistan two weeks ago. While i was deployed, I spent my personal time researching for a bike that i really want and what fits me. "Submitted 9/9/11 - It was on 8/25/11 that, I received my bike. Which was a special ordered. When I first saw it, I just knew that I made the right decision. At first when I started looking at motorcycles. I wasn't sure, that I was going to purchase a bike. I have visited many different motorcycle dealerships, consisting of Harley Dealerships and the others. All I knew, was that I wanted to ride a motorcycle. I knew nothing about them. But when I came to this dealership, I felt that it was different from the others. It was a friendly social atmosphere. Where customers and store reps, were congregated through out the dealership. And all were talking to each other. So I, being a unknown, stopped and listened to several of these conversations. They were talking about the service that they received, in the sales, maintenance and parts departments. All I heard, were positive comments. I then started looking, at the bikes on the floor. I just didn't know, what I wanted or needed. Shortly after this, a very personable Sale Rep, introduced himself. Little did I know at this time, a Sales Rep, could become a friend. He introduced himelf as, Ragu. I was surprized, by his genuine and sincere attitude. His knowledge of the product was extraordinary. I felt relaxed and having no pressure, placed upon me. A trust soon developed. I found myself sitting on several bikes. And being asked very indepth questions, of how and what I felt. It was after 40 minutes or more, I knew what type of bike, I was looking for. It was then explained, how I could receive my M Class driving license. And also, what schools were there, to learn this new skill. So after 3 to 4 more visits to this dealership. I bought my first Harley Motorcycle, and without no regrets. For this bike being a special order, and needed time to be built. There was more then enough time to enroll. Into a Harley Davidson's Basic Motorcycle Class. Soon I earned my Indorsement for M Class, on my license. So on the day of arrival, of this bike. Ragu, again went beyond the call of duty. All the functions of this bike were explained and shown to me. We also brought the bike to the training course, behind the dealership. It was here, that Ragu made sure of my knowledge and control of this bike. Were done safely and proper. After 20 minutes of familiarization of this bike. A test ride on the streets, was next. As Ragu rode next to me, we traveled up and down the streets. For 20 minutes or more. After our ride, I knew that this was a correct decision, that I have made. And to tell you the truth. If it wasn't for Ragu, that I met on the first day. I would have walked out. THANKS, Ragu !!!"

"Submitted 6/12/2011 Fathers day my son and I were at the Heritage Harley-Davidson shop about 9:00am watching a bike class taking place in the rear lot. We were looking at bikes on line, i found a 2006 ultra classic Electra glide that looked real sharp and in perfect shape we were looking in the window and Terry Grimes started pulling out bikes on to the walk way . I asked him if we could go in and look at some bikes, he welcomed us in . I purchased the bike on June 22 and i am having a great time with it. Thanks everyone! "

"Submitted 7-8-2011 Bought an 08 softtail deluxe from these guys. It is my first harley and they took good care of me and my wife. We went to starved rock harley and they tried to put me on the first thing they saw that i had any interest in. Heritage listened to what i wanted and showed me EVERYTHING possible that they had to offer. after buying the bike josh took us ALL through the building introducing to everybody and everybody was awesome!!!! "Submitted 6/17/10 I purchased a hammock seat for my Ultra and could immediately tell the difference in the comfort it provides. I recently came back from a trip from Colorado. I rode 560 miles the first day and 831 miles the second day in about 14 hours. I took a 40 minute meal break about 3 hours from home, otherwise it was gas and go. This is the most comfortable seat I've ever owned and can not say enough good things about the comfort it provides for long distance riding. "Submitted 5/5/2010 I upgrade to stage II 103CI SE 255cams and pipe change after the 7mile test ride on my 2009 Heritage Softail. When I rode away 4/17/2009 the bike ran great! Winter 2009 I upgraded to Bob Wood's gear driven TW400G-7cams Gerolomy head work and a Barnett Scorpion clutch. The dyno showed impressive gains. While peak HP numbers are nice, that big 'ol torque curve had me grinnin'. As the saying goes, "you buy horsepower but drive torque". Adam did a superb job building a solid, sound motor, while Mike G. was masterful in keeping around 100 ft-lbs of torque at the low revs; which after riding does speak volumes for its driveability. Nothing sloppy about the low end while the motor pulls hard even at 80mph in 6th gear, in torque I trust; I twist, grin and it pulls HARD. The gear driven cams keep the valve motion tight, not much ringing/roll off even around 6K, from paper to pavement EVERYTHING I expected and MORE. You don't get numbers like that with a $200 hand held tuner :-) Thanks to Don P. for encouraging me to wait on the diamond cut motor until winter 2009... Back in April 2009, I thought I could wait the 60 days for the work to be done... Having waited until winter 2009, allowed me to put 15,226 miles on it from 4/17/09-11/22/09, 7 months, 5 days later and really make a statement after finishing up the engine work for 4/18/10, it DOES run as good as it looks :-) I've ridden it 9 times since I picked it up 4/18/10 and have put over 2000 miles on it this year in the past 16 days... I wanted to recognize Heritage HD for the great performance & cosmetic motor modifications before I get too busy putting miles on it again this year. Heritage HD you continually amaze me in everything YOU do each and every day. Yet another reason why I firmly believe, Heritage HD is the #1 dealer in the nation. GREAT JOB!"

The transaction was truly easy and I really appreciated the care that was given to attach the motorcycles to the trailer. They even supplied all the straps to tie them securely. They did not move during our 15 hour ride. All went well at customs at the american/canadian border. They even sent the original title and the other documents required to complete the 72 hour import requirements. This allowed us to visit the beautiful city of Chicago and I was able to leave my trailer at the store during this time. As for the federal and provincial inspections, all went ell without any changes to the bikes. "Submitted 2-10-10 There are lots of places where you can exchange your hard earned money for a Harley Davidson motorcycle, but if you’re looking for a dealer that focuses on YOUR bike and makes your purchase a unique experience, there is only one place to go - Heritage Harley. My wife and I currently own two Harleys (one is not from Heritage) and we’re in the process of exchanging one of our current models for a newer model. After our recent experience of buying and customizing another motorcycle from Heritage, we were so impressed (again), I had to write a testimonial. We went into the dealership knowing we wanted a Rocker C, but ten minutes into our initial conversation with Joe, everything went sideways. We went from knowing exactly what we want to spiraling through body colors, three different levels of engine customization, no less than 50 different body options (and all of the variants) and a variety of paint / powder coat / chrome options. Over the next month, we ended up stopping in one or two times each week and refining the choices a little more each visit. We frequently left with product books and new ideas that the Heritage team had come up with for us since our last visit. Each time we arrived at the dealership, we were welcomed with a smile and each time we left, we were told to think about it and they would look forward to our next visit. In addition to our salesman, Joe, I bet most of their parts and service team were involved at some point in discussing appearance, compatibility, fit, feasibility and availability at some point as a result of the extensive amount of customization we wanted to do. Regardless, there was never an ounce of pressure and even after changing our minds numerous times; we were simply told we would figure it out together. The night we finished our motorcycle and placed the order, we sat at a desk with Joe and Zeek for a couple of hours and generated the final parts list for customizing our bike. There were some minor adjustments, tweaks and modifications (several due to compatibility - THANKS Zeek!) before we were done, but we were there. On the drive home, I thought about customer service and how it seems to be a lost art. I can assure you that it isn’t lost at Heritage. From Sales to Service, Parts and Finance, they focus on making your Harley purchase easy, hassle free and, most importantly; about getting exactly what you want. What sold me? They aren’t afraid to invest their time to do it right. From the day we bought our first Harley at Heritage, we were welcomed by name every single time we walked into the dealership. From the showroom floor to the service department, they all knew us! When we go to Heritage, we never feel like we walk into a store, but instead a home. We’re on our third Harley, but there will be more to come and you can bet where we’ll get them! This is my first bike and after visiting a few dealers while I was researching brands and models, I found many motorcycle shops to be nothing more than a place for employees and their friends to hang out. I eventually decided to go with the Iron based on the good press and long Sportster history and that led me to Heritage. I called service and spoke with Adam, who in return told me to bring the bike in and they would look at it (even though service was booked out for the next week). " Submitted 8/22/09:Recently, my husband and I became interested in becoming motorcyclists and began to research motorcycles when we came across Heritage HD in Lisle. We ventured out to look at the Soft Tail that my husband had found online. The bike was out front when we got there and we took our time looking it over (neither of us had been riding, ever!) without a sales person hanging over our shoulder, trying to close a deal. When we were ready to discuss a purchase, we found Kurt. Kurt was amazing! He talked to us about the specifics of the model, asked what we were looking for in a motorcycle, and really listened to what our needs were. We made our purchase and signed up for the Rider's Edge training course with Nancy. Nancy was an absolute gem! We had our 3 children (all under the age of 4) with us and she signed us up quickly and even helped to entertain our kiddos while my husband finished his paperwork. I began my Rider’s Edge course 2 weeks later and was very nervous. Eric and Dick were just awesome instructors. The encouraged me and helped me to develop confidence in my ability to ride. They offered constructive criticism, sage advice and emphasized safety above all. I aced my written, did well on their range riding test and obtained my Class M endorsement on my driver’s license. I did all of this within 8days of starting the class and all under their master tutelage. I really appreciated that the range and classroom were on site and that we went as a class to the DMV for the riding test. I have already recommended it to others, including my own mother! The most impressive thing about my experience with Heritage HD is that on every visit, it has been like visiting friends. The store is extremely clean and bright and the staff is always warm and welcoming. I have been greeted (most of the time, by name!) warmly each and every time I’ve come in. The ladies in apparel were great in fitting me for my helmet, Nancy is always eager to help with any question, and the sales people are available, but not hovering. I have already purchased a second motorcycle, my own, from Heritage. Kurt, again, expertly guided me with questions and had me try several models until I found my perfect fit. I never thought that I would be a motorcyclist, but I love it! I am gaining confidence with each ride and I know that I can count on the staff at Heritage HD for any concern, service or product that I will encounter. "

Prior I had stopped in a week earlier just to bend Joe's ear, and I must say Joe was very helpful in answering all questions and showing different items on the bike that I was interested in. I had brought my wife in the followng week for a test ride, and again Joe was great! We sat down and figured out the add ons for the bike and then talked with Josh in F&I for a payment figure. Josh gave us many different options for payments. The best part was they both knew we were not going to buy that day, and both were still very happy to talk with my wife and I. We left the dealer, went home and talked, with one more call to Joe later in the day a deal was made. We picked up our new bike the next day. I have worked in car dealerships for 23 years, and they need to take lessons from the people at Heritage. There is no pressure to buy, and that is a very comfortable feeling as a buyer. "I've already submitted a previous survey, but my Heritage HD experiences keep getting better, so I thought I'd add another. A few weeks ago, I stopped in for a free dyno test. The weather was beautiful, so a lot of people showed up. In spite of the crowd, Adam spent some time talking to me about my bike, had it on and off the dyno in a matter of minutes, then talked to me about the results. Of course, we (my wife and I) had to spend some time in the store, finding more cool HD stuff. The parts guys - Steve, Raul & the gang, treated me well as always. They had what I was looking for in stock, helped me find it and answered any questions I had. Meanwhile, my wife was well assisted in her search some chaps to match her HD jacket. On that trip, I spotted a flier for a Twin Cam Performance seminar. What a cool idea! I attended that with my riding buddy, Scott. I have an '02 Wide Glide, TC 88, carb. He has a couple of Road Kings, '97 & '06 - one of them, severely hot rodded. Bryan & Adam were awesome at sharing their passion for Harley-Davidson bikes, and tweaking the motor for the best performance for your riding style. They discussed all the various options for performance upgrades, answered everyone's questions, and provided a wealth of *accurate* information. After the seminar, they talked with anyone who wanted, specifically about their bike. The whole thing was very cool. Informative AND fun! "I just wanted to thank all of you at Heritage for the experience I have had with you guys so far. In particular I want to thank the service guys for their help this past weekend. I bought a 99 Springer from Heritage at the end of July. It's been great, no problems. Last Saturday, we were on a ride and all of a sudden I lost electrical. We tried to figure it out but no luck. I called a tow and had them take it to Heritage. I called ahead and talked to Adam in the Service Department. I had met Adam when I had brought the bike in for an oil change and he had explained to me how he knew this bike well. The previous owner had all his work done by Heritage. Anyway, Adam said they had people available to look at it when I got there. Well that was at about 2:00pm. I gave him a call at 4 letting him know that we would finally be there around 4:30. He said he had guys standing by. When we finally got there, about 4:40 (20 minutes before Heritage was supposed to close), Adam had the Service department waiting to attack my bike. I rolled it off the truck and Kyle, Adam and several other guys took it right into the shop. They told me to go relax and let them see what they could do. All I kept thinking was that my weekend was gone. You know electrical problems, who knows what it might take to fix. But here comes Adam about 15 minutes later. Done, Fixed, Good To Go!!! They saved my weekend. They found the problem to be a bad battery, no other issues. And not only did they fix the problem, but since it was still inside 90 days since I bought the bike, No Charge! I just really appreciate the way they were ready to respond. Special Thanks to Adam, Kyle and the other guys who took care of my bike. Thanks to you guys I had a great time riding on Sunday. "I just bought my first Harley a couple of days ago (used, from a private party). Talking with other HD owners, I heard some horror stories about their experiences with various HD dealers. I was *not* expecting my first trip to a Harley dealer to be pleasant. The entire staff at Heritage HD seemed bent on proving me 100% wrong. We were greeted when we entered the store, asked if we needed assistance or had questions, and when we responded to the negative, we were left alone and allowed to shop, browse and explore at our leisure. As we entered different departments, someone new would greet us, offer assistance, and then allow us to continue our experience. What about the prices? It seems everyone had told us HD gear was all overpriced. That sure wasn't my experience at Heritage. The prices, in general, seemed to be reasonable and comparable to what you'd find in any bike shop. My wife found the perfect leather jacket, and it was on clearance! Genuine HD gear at Wal-Mart pricing! Whoo hoo!! While I might imagine this all happening in the clothing department, I was sure I'd catch some hell in the parts department for being an HD newbie and asking "dumb" questions. Steve Campbell did everything to prove me wrong on that point as well. He answered all my questions, talked to me about some things I was thinking about doing with my bike, gave me some great advice on what to do as well as what to avoid. He even talked me out of spending $200 I might have spent on something that wouldn't work on my particular bike. No need to worry though... after such a great experience, Heritage will more then make that up when I return, repeatedly, for future purchases. Overall, it was an awesome experience, completely unlike anything I had imagined, and we had a lot of fun too. We'll definitely be back, and definitely refer our friend to Heritage! Thank you! JP"

"I stopped in to buy a helmet. The friendly sales staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. As I was leaving, a person I assume was the dealership's owner, broke away from a customer who just dropped mega dollars on a new bike to thank me personally for purchasing a hundred fifty dollar helmet. I was so impressed, I returned for some slip on mufflers and was treated with similar courtesy by one of the service managers. He not only walked me around the showroom starting bikes so I could hear the different pipes, but also gave me a free, first class education on the '02 Heritage I had recently purchased from a private party. Visiting Heritage HD is like coming home. Even though you're a little farther for me to drive, you've earned yourselves a customer for life. "

After listening to him, I purchased the seat and so far so good but just waiting for the better half to test it out. In addition, Steve informed me that there was 20% off due to Customer Appreciation Days at the store this weekend. On top of that, in the midst of all that was going on due to the event, the service department installed it on the spot for no charge. Steve, 20% off, installed, no charge - who could ask for more - you're good people and the customer service is greatly appreciated and will be remembered."

"I would like to share why I bought my first Harley from Ken at Heritage Harley-Davidson of Lisle. After having an exceptional experience renting a Harley-Davidson from Southern Nevada Harley-Davidson in Las Vegas, Nevada, I came home to Illinois dreaming of the day that I would own one of these fine motorcycles. Still unsure of the specific model I would pursue, I went on your website to start my research. I found my dream bike. I put the idea of purchasing one in the back of my mind for one day down the road. I happened to be in the area of Heritage Harley-Davidson and thought I would stop in to see my dream bike in person. I had driven past the impressive looking dealership many times before, but never went inside before. My wife was with me and also wanted to see the bike I had ridden in Las Vegas. As we walked into the dealer, we were greeted right away by a smiling representative. They were ready to answer any questions I had about Harley-Davidson and their products. There was no pressure to purchase anything. After answering my questions, my wife called me to the other side of the dealer to show me some Harley-Davidson jeans. After trying them on, I was sold and wanted to purchase 3 more pairs. Unfortunately, they only had one pair in stock. The sales person was quick to give me the option of placing an order. She said that I would have the additional pairs in my hands within a week. As promised, I received a phone call from the dealer letting me know my jeans were in. The following Saturday, I went to pick up my jeans. I was again greeted by a smiling representative. My jeans were in hand quickly. Before leaving, I wandered over to look at the bike I hoped to own one day. My wife mentioned that she had spotted the same model and year in the used bike section of the dealer. It was an exceptional value. Ken took the time to answer any questions I had on the bike, again without any pressure to purchase. Well, I needed to think about this large purchase. I went to breakfast with my wife. Before I had coffee in my cup, I knew I needed to call Ken to tell him I would take the bike. To my dismay, Ken informed me that another person decided to purchase the bike. Ken felt bad, so he gave me the option to purchase the brand new model he had on the floor, at an unbelievable price. My last concern was winter storage. Without hesitation Ken offered to store my new bike at no additional charge. After finalizing the purchase, Ken took the time to show both of us the inner workings of his dealership then introduced us to several members of his team. One took the time to fit us both with new helmets to be sure our rides would be safe ones. The rest, as they say, is history. I am now the proud owner of a new 2007 Dyna Screamin Eagle. I never, in my wildest dreams, thought I would have my dream bike this soon. It was this exceptional experience and being able to get a tremendous value that made up my mind. The little push from my wife didn’t hurt either. My wife and I have stopped back in to drop off some toys for your Toys For Tots program. Again, Ken took the time to show us where our bike would be spending the winter months ahead. In my opinion, Ken and his team offer this kind of consistent and exceptional customer service. This top rate treatment shows why Harley-Davidson has millions of loyal clients and riders. "I recently purchased a new Road King. I have been looking for quite some time and at other dealerships. Heritage was the only dealership that made me feel comfortable walking in the door without feeling pressured.
